博士,副研究员。2021年在中国科学院大学获得遗传学博士学位,2021-2023年在中国科学院北京生命科学研究院计算基因组课题组进行博士后研究。2023年进入中国科学院北京生命科学研究院计算基因组学课题组工作。主要研究方向为非编码RNA及三代测序相关的计算方法学开发。以第一(及共一)作者在Nature Biotechnology, Nature Communications, Nature Protocols,Advanced Science, Nucleic Acids Research, Trends in Biochemical Sciences, Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics, Methods等国际期刊发表论文9篇。获得中科院院长特别奖、北京市优秀毕业生、中科院优秀博士学位论文。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,2022年度博士后创新人才支持计划,博士后第72批面上资助项目,并获得中国科学院特别研究助理资助项目支持。 |
