简历:

  博士,副研究员。2016年于中国科学院大学毕业并取得博士学位,博士期间工作获得“中国科学院优秀博士论文。工作期间的研究方向为:宏基因组学、单细胞组学和空间多组学相关的计算方法学开发。迄今以第一(及共一)作者已在Genome BiologyNature CommunicationsGenome MedicineCell ReportNuleic Acids Research等国际学术刊物上发表研究论文11篇。作为项目负责人主持2项国家自然科学基金课题,承担了多项国家重大研发计划和中国科学院重点部署项目子课题、技术创新项目等。 

研究领域:

  1.微生物基因组组装算法开发; 

  2.转录组拼接算法和数据挖掘算法开发。
